Completely new to the mat? Wondering how to build (or rebuild) your practice from scratch? This 8-part video series will provide you with all the tools you need to get started. Featuring postural practice, guided meditations, and even a few important tutorials, this complete series has everything you need to reduce your stress, build a stronger and more functional body, and improve your overall sense of well-being. We encourage you to start by dedicating at least one day each week to your practice, using our videos as your guide. From there, you can change or modify what you need to make the practice your own.
